CRIME WATCH REPORT FOR APRIL 2023

Area 1- Coordinator- (Vacant)
4-03-23. n unlocked vehicle was rummaged through on S. Grandview Ave. Nothing was reported stolen.

4-20-23. A cell phone was stolen from a bench in Crafton Park.
4-27-23. A set of car keys and a wallet were stolen from an unlocked locker at the Planet Fitness.
4-30-23. A gray SUV backed into another parked vehicle at the CVS and fled the area without providing any information.

Tips/advice:
Please take the time to lock your belongings in a secure locker when using gym lockers at fitness facilities. There have been a lot of reported thefts all over the area pertaining to fitness facilities and unlocked lockers as these are easy targets and cameras can not be used inside of locker rooms.

Use caution when driving as more children are outside playing with the nicer weather (at least towards the end of the first week of May). Always remember to secure your outside toys such as bicycles and scooters or place them in the garage or house when they are not being used.

Please remember to report any suspicious activity, people or vehicles immediately by calling 911. We are still in need of one coordinator for Area 1. If interested please contact the station directly at 412-921-2016.
