Tips/advice:

Warmer spring weather is upon us. Please use caution when driving through the neighborhood as more children will be taking to the streets and outside areas to play. Please remember to secure any outside toys such as bicycles and scooters inside of a garage, or house or at least lock them to a something secure so that they can not be easily stolen.

Please remember to report any suspicious activity, people or vehicles immediately by calling 911. Also do NOT provide any information to people over the phone that call you. This is a good reminder for those residents that have elderly family members and friends as they are far too often the targets and victims of these types of schemes. The same advice goes for emails and text-based communications. Do NOT provide any information to anyone that you are not 100% of who they are. If in doubt, end the conversation and contact the Crafton Police Department. An officer will assist you in looking into the matter and provide you with guidance.

LOCK YOUR VEHICLES...LOCK YOUR VEHICLES...LOCK YOUR VEHICLES.

DO NOT STORE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE.

ROLL UP YOUR WINDOWS THE WHOE WAY AND SECURE YOUR VEHICLE.
