Public Records Requests

All requests for public records shall be specific in identifying and describing each public record requested. In no case shall the township be required to create a public record which does not exist or to compile, maintain, format, or organize a public record in a manner in which the Borough does not currently do so.

All requests for public records shall be submitted in writing. No verbal or anonymous requests will be accepted.

Right to know requests are handled by the Borough Manager. You may pick up the form in person at 100 Stotz Ave, or electronically on this website. Forms may be submitted in person or by fax to 412-921-0752.
