CRIME WATCH ALERT: OCTOBER 31, 2019
The Crafton Police Department took a robbery report from the Walgreens Pharmacy last night. An officer had walked in to alert employees of a recent robbery at another pharmacy nearby and was advised that a male had just grabbed money from the register and fled the area prior to his arrival. The male suspect was described as a clean shaven dark skinned black male, 5'10"-6'00" tall wearing a black coat, gray pants, blue and white shoes. He was also described as having a very deep voice.
The Allegheny County Police Department is taking over the investigation due to the Ingram Rite Aid being robbed along with two Rite Aid Pharmacies in the City of Pittsburgh being robbed.
No weapon was displayed in the Crafton incident. The suspect is believed to be the same in all of these incidents. If anyone has any information please contact the Allegheny County Police Department or the Crafton Police Department. Thank you and remain vigilant.
