CRIME WATCH ALERT: JANUARY 8, 2025

Crafton PD responded to the Crafton Plaza Apartments for a report of 3 males attempting to break into a storage room/closet at 2:50 AM. They managed to make entry into the room and attempted to break into a money machine for the laundry room. They were unsuccessful at gaining access to the money machine and fled the building just prior to police arrival. This property specifically was targeted by the actors.
Actor #1: wearing a black Nike jacket, white undershirt, black Addidas pants and white shoes.
Actor #2 wearing a green hoodie, black and yellow sneakers, dark colored pants.
Actor #3: dark gray or black hoodie, white shirt, black pants, white sneakers.
Actor vehicle was a dark blue Chrysler minivan

Residents are reminded to ALWAYS lock your vehicles and do NOT leave anything of value in your vehicle. Several neighboring communities have had thefts from vehicles recently along with multiple vehicles stolen.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES UNLOCKED OR LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE.
ALWAYS REPORT ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY AND/OR PEOPLE IMMEDIATELY TO 911.
