CRIME WATCH ALERT: JUNE 05, 2023

The Crafton Police Department responded to the Boost Mobile Store located at 28 W. Steuben St. for an armed robbery that just occurred. Two younger black male actors entered the store and made demands from the two employees while an actor wearing a black hoodie pointed a gun at the male employee. The actors got away with cash and several phones. They were observed leaving the store and running towards Norma St. It is unknown where they went from there. Crafton PD was dispatched approximately 10-15 minutes after this incident occurred and was on scene within 1 minute of being dispatched. The area was searched however the actors were unable to be located. If anyone was in the area of this store around 5:15 PM this evening and saw something we ask that you contact this department immediately with any information. Furthermore, if any resident in the area either has a dash camera in your vehicle or surveillance on your house in this area please check to see if the actors were caught on your camera.

Both actors were younger black males approximately 16-20 years old standing 5’06”-5’08” tall. The actor with the firearm was wearing a black hoodie and a black bandana. The other actor was wearing a blue hoodie.
