CRIME WATCH REPORT FOR MAY 2021
Area 1- Coordinator- Katie Fazio
5-20-21. A couple of windows were broken out of a basement and a detached garage on S. Grandview Ave. Nothing was taken and it does not appear that the structures were entered.
5-25-21. A parked vehicle on Hawthorne Ave. was struck overnight.

5-27-21. A black male stole patio porch cushions and was observed acting suspiciously in the 1700 block of Barr Ave.
Area 6- Coordinator- Bill & Janet Finlay Jr.
5-27-21. Clothes were stolen from the laundromat in the shopping center.
Tips/advice:
School will let out for the summer very soon. Please be extra cautious of children playing in the streets.
Curfew reminder for those under the age of 17. Sunday-Thursday curfew is at 11PM and Friday-Saturday the curfew is midnight.
DO NOT leave valuables in vehicle to include keys, key FOBs, money, firearms, jewelry, electronics... LOCK your vehicle EVERYTIME you exit it.
Please report suspicious activity and people immediately by dialing 911 instead of waiting until later to file a report. Take some precautions when you are expecting packages to be delivered when you are not home. Be sure to leave lights and/or appliances on to give the appearance that someone is home if you plan on traveling. Inform your neighbors and come into the police station to fill out a vacation watch form if you will be away from your residence for an extended period of time.
Remember to Click it or ticket. Wear your seatbelt all of the time. Information regarding child seats can be found on the NHTSA website regarding the proper style of seat, rear or forward facing and when a child does not need a booster seat. Crafton PD does NOT do child seat installations.
