CRIME WATCH ALERT: January 29, 2023

The Crafton Police Department would like to take this time to remind residents and visitors to lock their vehicles at all times. The Ingram Police Department took several reports on 1-28-2023 of vehicles that were entered through the night hours of Friday into Saturday. In one case, an unlocked vehicle was stolen, and the key was left in the vehicle.

Do NOT let yourself be an easy victim to a crime of opportunity. Lock your vehicle every time. Do NOT leave valuables in your vehicle. Do NOT leave a spare key in your vehicle. Report anything or anyone suspicious immediately by calling 911.

Crafton PD took a report on 1-24-2023 of two unlocked vehicles in the 100 block of Union Ave. that were rummaged through, and a bottle of liquor was stolen.
