Crime Watch Report - August 16, 2019
The Crafton Police Department responded to reports of UNLOCKED vehicles being entered this morning. Residents on S. Emily St. observed 2 black males entering vehicles on S. Emily St. this morning and were able to scare them off by yelling at them. Officers were in the area almost immediately but were unable to locate these males. A vehicle on Hawthorne Ave. was entered as well and an older GPS unit was stolen from it. These incidents took place between 6-6:30 AM on today's date. Please contact this department with any information.
I cannot stress this enough and how important it is to LOCK and SECURE your property, including your vehicles, EVERYTIME. Come on everyone, do your part to protect yourself and your belongings.
