CRIME WATCH REPORT - MARCH 2019

Area 1- Coordinator- Katie Fazio

3-27-19.  Multiple vehicles were entered and rummaged through on Woodlawn Ave., S. Linwood Ave., S. Grandview Ave.,  and S. Emily St. over night.  Many vehicles had items stolen.  Doors were reported to be unlocked in all but one instance.

3-31-19.  A vehicle on Kingston Ave. was entered overnight and quarters were stolen.  The vehicle was believed to have been locked. No damage was reported.

Area 2 – Coordinator-Sandy Gibson

 3-14-19.  Top portions of solar lights were stolen from a residence on Union Ave.

 3-25-19.  A parked vehicle was struck by an older model silver vehicle in the 200 block of Noble Ave.

Area 3– Coordinator- Diane McQuaide

3-04-19.  It was reported on this date that a parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle over the weekend causing damage.

 Area 4- Coordinator- Amy Buchman (acting)

 3-03-19.  A parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle on Coulter St.

 3-27-19.  Several vehicles were entered and rummaged through with items being stolen.  These vehicles were located on Parke St., N. Linwood Ave. and N. Grandview Ave.  The vehicles were unlocked.

Area 5- Coordinator- Mary Fleming

Area 6- Coordinator- Bill & Janet Finlay Jr.
3-10-19.  A purse was stolen that was left in a shopping cart in the Giant Eagle parking lot.

3-17-19.  Electronic items were reported stolen from a church on Belvidere St.  Persons of interest are being investigated.

3-23-19.  Unattended clothing items were stolen from the laundromat in the shopping center.

Tips/advice:

Lock your vehicles and homes.  This goes for your windows as well.  Keep your valuables out of sight.
